Meet our Founder

Brea brings over ten years of experience in affordable housing and housing operations, with a professional background spanning housing navigation, application processes, and compliance-driven environments. Her work is grounded in a practical understanding of how housing systems function in real settings, including the documentation, eligibility, and coordination required to move applications forward efficiently within constrained timelines.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, which informs her approach to housing navigation through clear communication, structured process support, and an understanding of how stress and uncertainty can affect follow-through during periods of transition. This background supports work that is organized, consistent, and designed to help individuals complete required steps accurately and on time.

In addition to professional experience, Brea brings personal awareness of navigating complex systems while facing instability. As a member of the LGBTQ community, she understands how access barriers and housing insecurity can intersect, and how important it is for support to be delivered with respect, neutrality, and consistency. This perspective informs the work without defining it, allowing Bridge Housing Access to serve individuals from many backgrounds while remaining focused on practical, non-clinical housing support.
