Frequently Asked Questions

Who does Bridge Housing Access work for?

Bridge Housing Access contracts directly with partner organizations and works with their clients as an extension of program capacity. All work is coordinated within the organization’s existing structure and expectations.

How does this differ from what our staff already does?

This service is designed to offload time-intensive housing tasks, such as searching for available units, tracking application requirements, preparing submissions, and following up with housing providers. This allows licensed and program staff to focus on clinical care, compliance, and crisis-related responsibilities.

How is pricing structured and how is capacity defined?

Pricing is tiered and based on a monthly service capacity, defined by the number of active clients supported during that period. Fees remain consistent regardless of whether the full capacity is utilized in a given month.

How does Bridge Housing Access handle confidentiality?

All work is conducted within the scope defined by the partner organization. Bridge Housing Access does not operate independently of program oversight and adheres to confidentiality expectations established by each organization.

Does Bridge Housing Access provide case management or clinical services?

No. All services are non-clinical and task-focused. Bridge Housing Access does not provide case management, therapy, assessments, or clinical decision-making. Services are limited to housing navigation, application support, documentation organization, and administrative coordination related to housing placement.
